‘Homestyle Butchery' & BBQ Class:
Ever wanted to learn more about your meat & where your steaks come from?
This class is designed to give people more confidence buying larger cuts of meat from their butchers & learning to break it down at home saving money & giving you more choice.
The class will be in two halves, we will first concentrate on butchery techniques breaking down chickens in a few different styles to understand the knives & some techniques. We will then move onto a large piece of beef and talk through the anatomy, what cuts we can get off etc. We can then break out the bone saw & everyone will be able to butcher their own steaks.
The second half of the class will be about cooking the chickens and steaks we have prepared with a large feast at the end. Sides, sauces and drinks will also be provided.
class will be held at our shop location (13th may)
