It’s a spicy hot blend of chilli, herbs and spices that has Portuguese origins and is especially prevalent in Angola, Namibia, Mozambique and South African cuisines. Good Rubs interpretation of this classic, is a well balanced concentrated blend of the key ingredients; being garlic, birds eye chilli and basil.
How to use: as a dry rub to beef, pork and chicken, or mix with olive oil to make a paste/sauce to marinate meat.
